About the role

As a Front-end Developer at Competa IT, you’ll work on client projects that matter, building applications for sectors like finance, healthcare, and government. You’ll be seconded into client teams, where your contribution makes an immediate impact.


What you’ll do

  • Build accessible, scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, etc.)
  • Collaborate with designers, back-end developers, and product owners in Agile/Scrum teams
  • Apply clean code, testing, and performance best practices
  • Implement user-friendly design with WCAG accessibility standards

What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years of front-end development experience
  • Strong skills in JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one modern framework
  • Familiarity with design systems, accessibility, and CI/CD
  • Clear communication in Dutch and English
  • Someone reliable, professional, and client-facing
