UX/UI designer


About the role

As a UX/UI Designer at Competa IT, you’ll design user experiences that make complex systems clear and usable. You’ll collaborate with developers and product teams to deliver intuitive interfaces for critical platforms.


What you’ll do

  • Conduct user research, prototyping, and testing
  • Create design systems and reusable components
  • Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation
  • Apply accessibility (WCAG) standards to all designs

What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years of UX/UI design experience
  • Strong skills in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and design systems
  • Clear communicator who enjoys working in cross-functional teams
