Social media marketeer


About the role

As a Junior Social Media Marketeer at Competa IT, you’ll create and manage content that shows clients the value we deliver and attracts new talent to our team. You’ll focus on LinkedIn and other professional platforms, writing clear, client-led content that highlights our projects, people, and culture.


What you’ll do

  • Plan, write, and publish content for Competa’s social channels
  • Create client-focused posts, case study snippets, and thought leadership updates
  • Support recruitment marketing with posts that show what it’s like to work at Competa
  • Track engagement and use analytics to suggest improvements
  • Work closely with consultants and managers to turn technical input into professional copy

What we’re looking for

  • 1–2 years of experience in social media marketing, content writing, or communications
  • Strong writing skills in Dutch and English
  • Comfortable working with LinkedIn and other professional channels
  • Understanding of, and Interest in, client-led marketing and B2B communication
  • Creative, reliable, and eager to grow
