From PQC migration tool to managed service
We are getting very good at building software-intelligence platforms! Our latest platform, PQNavigator, has now reached the working proof-of-concept stage.
We originally envisaged releasing PQNavigator as an open-source product. However, feedback from potential users highlighted two things: organisations were surprised by the extent of the cryptographic dependencies being identified, and they did not want another platform to deploy, operate and maintain.
We listened. We are now testing PQNavigator as the technology behind a series of staged crypto-agility and post-quantum migration services.
Depending on where an organisation is in its migration journey, we can:
- scan source-code repositories and identify cryptographic dependencies to produce validated cryptographic inventories and CBOMs
- assess and prioritise migration requirements to prepare practical migration roadmaps
- help, test and implement migration fixes
This gives organisations the intelligence and practical support they need, without introducing another tool for their teams to manage.
We are currently validating the approach against Dutch public-sector open-source repositories and beginning to test fixes for the migration requirements we identify.
