how it all started…

A few weeks ago we had a conversation during lunch about the Christmas drinks event on December 22nd. During the conversation colleagues asked if we would also do a Secret Santa. You only have to say that once. Our Community Manager got to work arranging everything and invited all of our colleagues to participate. In the end we gathered a group of 15 colleagues who each received a raffle ticket with a name on it.

In the run-up to the Christmas drinks, more and more presents appeared under the Christmas tree in all different shapes and sizes. The tension started to rise as the event on the day itself approached. Finally the time had come: the day of the Christmas drinks and Secret Santa!

While enjoying Christmas cakes, cookies and drinks, one by one the gifts were taken from under the Christmas tree, and an attempt was made to guess which colelague was the Secret Santa! A whole range of gifts were presented, from water bottles and sports towels, to Pokémon nanoblocks and painting by numbers.

At the end of the evening, with happy faces, nice gifts and an assortment of snacks, we looked back on a succesful event. One we will definitedly repeat again next year!
